I wanted to try to push myself on my comfort zone this round, and my stylist did push me…but it turns out I like my comfort zone haha.
Let’s dive right in to what Emily sent me this round.
There is no photo, because they were that bad. I liked the idea of these shorts, but print on a big booty, do not work. They were tight around my upper thighs and were a H.A.M. I couldn’t wait to take them off.
Verdict: Clearly going back
2. & 3. Mavi skinny jeans and THML Zeldan Hi Lo Blouse:
I love both of these. The jeans are like a jegging, but zip in the back. And holy wow are they curve friendly. Love the way they hug my butt. Love this bright top for spring and summer. Need a tank under it though.
Verdict: KEEPING BOTH!
This looks kinda cute in photos but the top portion wasn’t cut correctly on my chest. It was not right for $78. Too much money for a maxi in my opinion.
Verdict: Goes back
Look at my face. It says it all. This was like a sheet on my body. It had no shape, no contour. The Print was pretty for Spring but I hated everything else.
Verdict: ripped from my body and quickly returned.
Basically I learned that at 28, I have a fashion comfort zone, and Hey, that’s okay. I know what looks good on my body, what works for me, and it’s okay to stick to that.
I just got in some new Colourpop lippies and plan to test them out and post some photos. Here’s to the next makeup adventure!
