Rent The Runway Marchesa Notte Elizabeth Gown Review & Makeup for Wedding!

I recently rented this amazing dress for an incredible Jewish and Hindu wedding. The entire wedding was phenomenal and two amazing ceremonies combined into one, it was everything the world needed right now.

I had debated renting a Sari but was shocked to find out the pricing. Luckily Rent The Runway had this stunning Marchesa Notte Elizabeth Gown pop up for me, and it was almost like the two piece Sari I was looking at. I rented this and I could not have been happier.

I could not recommend this dress or Rent the Runway more. I joined their PRO option, which gives me free shipping and insurance and discounted rentals. I rent from them all the time because, as you’ve read in other posts, I hate re-wearing dresses to big events.

Once the dress was decided on I had to figure out makeup. I came up with a glam eye I loved!

To create this look I used:

FACE:
Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk 2 colors mixed and beauty blended out
Lorac Highlighter in Moonlight
Hula Bronzer for bronze and contour
Anastasia Beverly Hills Eybrow Kit

EYES:
Kat Von D Palette for corners of eye and white on brow bone
Animal colourpop in crease
Bare Minerals- The happy place palette copper color lid
Liquid Liner
Velour Lashes– super glam thick lashes with a thick band, have to do a thick eyeliner with these.

I was so happy with the way my makeup turned out. I decided life is just easier to get your hair done and went with the half up half down and curled look you see in the dress photo.

What an incredible day it was, and I’m so thrilled with the dress and the makeup I chose!
